Dimanche, 28 juillet, le diocèse d'Amérique de l'Est (EORHF) a solennellement célébré le 1025e anniversaire du baptême de la Rus ainsi que le 75e anniversaire de la fondation de l'église Saint Vladimir à Jackson, NJ.

On Sunday, July 28, the All-Diocesan St. Vladimir’s Day Celebrations were held at St. Vladimir Memorial Church in Jackson, NJ. The celebrations were organized by the Eastern American Diocese of the Russian Church Abroad, and dedicated to the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus’ and the 75th anniversary of the church’s founding. Clergy who came to the celebrations from America, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus greeted His Eminence Hilarion, Metropolitan of Eastern America & New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad. The archpastors, clergy, and multitudinous pilgrims piously greeted three wonderworking icons of the Mother of God that have graced the celebrations with their presence: the Kursk Root Icon, the myrrh-streaming Hawaiian Icon, and the Pochaev Icon. В воскресенье 28 июля при Св. Владимирском храме-памятнике гор. Джексон, шт. Нью-Джерси, состоялись общеепархиальные Владимирские торжества, организованные Восточно-Американской епархией Русской Зарубежной Церкви, посвященные 1025-летию Крещения Руси и 75-лети основания храма. Прибывшие на празднования архиереи и духовенство из США, Канады, России, Украины и Белоруссии приветствовали Высокопреосвященнейшего митрополита Восточно-Американского и Нью-Йоркского Илариона, Первоиерарха Русской Зарубежной Церкви. Затем архипастыри, духовенство и многочисленные паломники с благоговением встретили прибывшие на торжества чудотворные иконы Пресвятой Богородицы: Курско-Корненную, мироточивую Гавайскую и Почаевскую.
